FOREIGN envoys in the country feted His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, in a special reception yesterday to mark the monarch’s 70th birthday.
The lunchtime reception at the Royal Brunei Polo and Riding Club has become an annual tradition organised by members of the diplomatic corps.
Upon arrival at the venue, His Majesty and Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hjh Saleha were greeted by dean of the diplomatic corps, Cambodian Ambassador Chhay Sokhan.
