National Day meeting calls for prudent spending

THE minister of culture, youth and sports yesterday called on the Executive Committee for the 32nd National Day 2016 to practise prudent spending and ensure the celebrations run smoothly.

During the first meeting with the executive committee yesterday, Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Pekerma Laila Diraja Dato Seri Setia Hj Hazair Hj Abdullah said the purchase of props, along with equipment and logistics, should be dealt with as early as possible for cost-saving purposes.
