FOURTEEN students and alumni under the Sultan’s Scholar scheme started their five-day Sultan’s Scholar Development Programme at Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) yesterday to build their team building and leadership skills.
The programme, first introduced last year, is designed to harness the beneficiaries of Sultan’s Scholars to be outstanding leaders.
