SIX hundred and thirty eight graduates from International Graduate Studies (IGS) College received their certificates in a convocation ceremony on Thursday.
Minister of Education Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Indera Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Hj Suyoi Hj Osman (pic) presented the certificates to 114 graduates under the Lim Kok Wing University of Creative Technology programme and the 534 graduates from the Brunei Darussalam Technical and Vocational Education Council.
