Motorists see need for adequate resources to rev up SiKAP

THE SiKAP demerit system is a step in the right direction in improving road safety in Brunei, but relevant authorities lacked the resources needed to carry it out, motorists interviewed by The Brunei Times said.

“It’s a good idea (but) enforcing it would be hard,” said Macalister Mak Geng Buo, a 19-year-old student from the Sengkurong Sixth Form Centre.
