SEXUAL Education is still a stigma and is often seen in a negative light, said the chairman of Special Olympics Brunei Darussalam (SOBD).
Lt Col (Rtd) Pg Hj Rambli Pg Hj Bunut said this results in the neglect of sex-related education among those with special needs.
He said this in his welcoming speech at the Sexuality Talk for Special Needs Children and Adolescent held at Sekolah Tinggi Perempuan Raja Isteri (STPRI) yesterday.
