THE Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Defence Datin Paduka Hjh Suriyah Hj Umar yesterday urged local participants of this year’s Executive Development Programme (EDP) to focus their efforts in order to realise the nation’s Vision 2035.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the 13th edition of the programme, the permanent secretary said that during the three-month intensive course, participants will be exposed to principles in economic planning and policy planning to understand current policy problems.
