ALL licensed employment agencies and representatives working under them must carry their representative cards (kad wakil) issued by the Labour Department when carrying out employment activities.
The representative card shows a bearer has undergone security vetting, said the Assistant Commissioner of Labour.
Aemy Azlena Hj Azahari, who is also the Head of Labour Standards and Employment Agency Division, told The Brunei Times yesterday the card is issued only when applicants have sailed through all aspects of the vetting process.
