BRUNEI needs more foreign direct investments (FDIs) that create value-added products and services as this can contribute to increased economic activity and spinoffs, the Minister of Energy and Industry at the Prime Minister’s Office said yesterday.
In his speech during the opening of the Sinar Suria Bio Centre, Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Singamanteri Colonel (Rtd) Dato Seri Setia (Dr) Hj Mohammad Yasmin Hj Umar said that FDIs are needed to develop the country’s economy.
