Brunei media needs to interact more with public

MEDIA outlets such as newspapers, radio and television needs to be more engaging with the wider public in order to tap into the vast potential that Bruneians have, according to a former TV personality and journalist from Malaysia.

Speaking to The Brunei Times on the sidelines of the Effective News Reporting Workshop held at the Information Department auditorium yesterday, Nizal Mohammad explained that the media must be more open to encourage more participation as it is still the best platform for sharing ideas for the betterment of Brunei.
