Keep up with change, policymakers told

THE acting defence minister warned policymakers that failure to keep up with changes will be costly and place a heavy burden on the country.

First Admiral (Rtd) Dato Seri Pahlawan Abdul Aziz Hj Mohd Tamit said it is an “enduring obligation” for policymakers to confront constant changes in a fast-paced environment.

In his speech during yesterday’s closing of Ministry of Defence’s Executive Development Programme at the Bolkiah Garrison, he said it is important to strive for excellence through change.
