THE master franchiser for Indonesian kebab chain, Kebab Turki Baba Rafi, is keen on giving sub-franchising opportunities through its push cart system to those wanting to own a small business.
In an interview, Shafique Husain, co-founder of Eathappy Eatery, said the “transformer” push carts, is a business model that the chain adopts in Indonesia.
The push carts are also a throwback to the early days of the business when Baba Rafi CEO, Hendi Setiono, started selling kebabs from a push cart in Surabaya in 2003.
