AN INCIDENT involving a nine-year-old student and a man near a primary school in Lorong 3 was reported to the Seria police station on Tuesday.
Nine-year-old Ahmad Rifaie Muhd Fauzi told the The Brunei Times yesterday that he was walking to Pengiran Setia Negara Pengiran Muhammad Yusof Primary School around 1.15pm when a man in a red sedan approached him offering a ride.
