MALAYSIAN, Singaporean, US and Russian leaders have sent congratulatory messages to His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam on the occasion of Brunei’s 32nd National Day.
