THE government may soon approve the licence to use microwave technology to fill in gaps in mobile coverage in remote areas.
Minister of Communications Yang Berhormat Dato Paduka Hj Mustappa Hj Sirat said six out of 22 base stations that are providing coverage are not working, noting that their previous owners, B-Mobile Communications, had gone out of business.
