FINANCIAL institutions are urged to initiate their own efforts to upgrade talents and increase the level of professionalism and expertise in the country’s Islamic finance sector.
Yusof Hj Abd Rahman, managing director of Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam (AMBD) and Chairman of the Centre for Islamic Banking, Finance and Management (CIBFM), said that financial institutions must prioritise strategies that will increase human capital for Islamic finance.
