A REPORT dated May 23, 2016 cited Malaysian authorities stating that Bruneians have the highest number of outstanding arrest warrants for traffic offences in their country.
A story from Bernama (Malaysia’s national news agency) reported that 17 per cent or 77,857 of 455,458 outstanding summonses and arrest warrants issued to foreigners in Malaysia since 2010 were warrants for traffic offences committed by Bruneians.
