BRUNEIAN Mohammad Fanddy Roslan was struggling to make ends meet when he left school in Form Three eight years ago, but he is now employed in an energy company that has “changed his life”.
The 28-year-old was never academically-inclined, but he took a leap of faith and enrolled in a welding course as part of the Energy Industry Competency Framework (EICF) at the Mechanic Training Centre (PLM), Institute of Brunei Technical Education.
