THOUSANDS flocked to the Royal Wharf in the capital yesterday to witness the Go-Kart race in conjunction with the 45th Anniversary of the renaming of the capital from Brunei Town to Bandar Seri Begawan.
During the celebration, His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Malik was present to witness and flag off the final race of the Elite category.
